With his start in a long-standing family business of sign making, Tim has created signs that reside all over Sonoma County. His artistry includes automotive painting, concrete work, hardscape fabrication, product assembly, vinyl application, gold leafing, tiling, welding, design, and installation. Managing the production and installation of signs has allowed him the luxury to be a jack-of-all-trades.
His 15 years experience in the family business has transpired into the creation of TAF Maintenance & Painting Co. in 2008. With the combination of positive feedback from clients that have supported him for years and demand building for his services spurred the development of a wonderful and imaginative business.
When it has to do with painting, handyman & maintenance, and signs, there is not much that Tim can't do. Fundamentally, his true talent is being Tim and upon meeting him, you will understand.

Our Approach to Painting
Process
Tim will meet with you free of charge to go over the work you want done to your house, business, or income property. At this point we answer any questions and/or address any concerns you may have about the project. An estimate will be drafted promptly after the meeting and delivered based on your preference of email, mail, or in person.
Scheduling
We start when you want us to; provided we are not obligated to another job. We also want to accommodate any timelines and/or deadlines you may have for the project. Once you have approved and signed the proposal, your project is put into our schedule and a start date is agreed upon.
Start of work
We will be there on time! This cannot be emphasized enough, punctuality and professionalism is king in this company. No flakes here, not now or ever. At this point we will go over any plans and address any changes that can come up.
Doing the work
All work is done in proper sequence and in accordance with the material manufacturers specifications. If a change order if called for, we will discuss that with you and provide a solution. We want to keep you updated and open communication is key to this. If you want to be updated daily, we will.
Completing the work
We will let you know a day or so before we expect to complete the work. This gives you an opportunity to inspect the work to ensure that nothing was missed. On the completion day, we will clean the jobsite and leave it to your liking. This means vacuum, sweep, mop, and dispose or what is applicable. You will not be invoiced until the job is complete and you are satisfied with the work. If there is a concern, please address it with us as we want to always be improving.
